Refund, Returns and Repairs Policy

No Questions Full Refund

Customers are intitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving
their goods. They have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returns must be made in the same packaging, including void
fill to ensure no further damage is caused during shipping.

To request a full refund, please reply to your order confirmation
email. We will then be in touch with shipping details.

Full refunds will only be given to the original buyer.
Second hand goods will not be refunded.

Repairs and Replacements

Any manufacturing faults will be replaced or repaired within
a 5 years period.

Items must be shipped in the same packaging, including void
fill to ensure no further damage is caused during shipping.

To request a full refund, please reply to your confirmation
email. We will then be in touch with shipping details. Depending on location we
might use a repair shop closer to you. We will organise the shipping and
repair, but are happy to hear if you have a preferred repair person.
